Very cramped room space!!! Door issues with the cabinet made coffee access a hassle. Unexpected trouble with the door lock left me waiting for maintenance far too long!!!

The location of Andaz attracted me right away. It was easy to explore the Byward Market area with many bars and restaurants nearby. The staff greeted me with a smile, making me feel welcome. My room was spacious, modern, and clean. I especially appreciated the complimentary earplugs. the noise from the street was loud at night. The bed was incredibly comfortable, helping me get some rejuvenating sleep despite the disturbances. The bathroom had great amenities too. I enjoyed the gym with its stunning views. However, parking options were very limited and I had to circle for a while to find a spot. I wish the hotel had better seating arrangements in the common areas. Overall, it’s a nice hotel, but a few tweaks would enhance the experience.
